Hong Kong Island/Kowloon/New Territories-Yuen Long/District/Kwai Tsing/Sha Tin/Sai Kung Delivery Service

Hong Kong Island [$20 Delivery Fee/Free Delivery for order over $200] (Delivery every Monday to Sunday)

Kowloon [$40 Delivery Fee/Free Delivery for order over $400] (Delivery every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday)

New Territories-Yuen Long/District/Kwai Tsing/District/Sha Tin/Sai Kung [$60 Delivery Fee/Free Delivery for order over $600] (Delivery every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday)

Delivery Methods

-Please fill in the address and recipient's contact information correctly. If you have a preferred delivery schedule, please indicate it and we will try our best to accommodate you.

-If you need to change your address, please notify us one day prior to the scheduled delivery date, please note that the delivery time may be delayed.

-We will try our best to notify you of the delivery date in advance or via WhatsApp/website newsletter/call on the day of delivery. Please make sure someone is at home to receive the delivery. Please inform us in advance if you need to leave the goods outside the door, and the technician will take a photo to prove it.

-In case of bad weather, severe flooding, road blockage or closure on the delivery day, the delivery service may be delayed or suspended, and the replacement service will be postponed to the next unaffected working day.

-If the delivery fails for two consecutive times (e.g. due to human factors beyond our control such as inaccessibility to the building), customers are required to pick up the goods at the store or pay the corresponding delivery fee ($20 for Hong Kong Island / $40 for Kowloon / $60 for New Territories) and arrange for the delivery again.

Arrival time

-Delivery will be arranged in 1-3 working days after successful payment. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a delay due to special reasons.

-We will try our best to notify you in advance of the delivery date, or notify you via WhatsApp/website newsletter/call on the day of delivery. Please make sure someone is at home to receive the delivery. Please inform us in advance if you need to leave the goods outside the door, and the technician will take a photo to prove it.
