-If the product is not suitable for you (e.g. cat food is not to your liking, there is a problem with the product, etc.), please contact us on WhatsApp for further discussion.
-If you want to return or exchange your item for something other than a faulty item, we will consider it at our discretion and may incur additional costs to be paid by the customer.
