Serving Directions: Before feeding, thaw meatloaf in the freezer for 12-24 hours. Actual thawing time varies depending on the function of the freezer and the weather; do not use a microwave oven. Do not put the thawed meat patties back into the freezer.
Allow 30 minutes for your pet to eat. Dispose of any unfinished patties immediately.

Delivery Arrangement
1. Non-Hong Kong Island must pick up at least 4 boxes at a time, less than 4 boxes will be charged $50 per delivery.
2. All raw meat will be delivered in the best chilled condition, the cooler box used for delivery may not be guaranteed to meet the optimal refrigeration requirements due to the distance of the delivery.
3. Delivery requires someone to collect the goods, please make sure that someone is at home to collect the goods during the delivery period. If the delivery fails because there is no one at home to receive the delivery, it will be considered that
the customer has abandoned the delivery.
4. Once a delivery is scheduled, it cannot be canceled or returned.
5. All raw meat must be picked up within 1 year from the date of purchase.
