九龍[$40運費/訂滿$600免運費](逢星期一、二及四送貨)
新界-元朗區/葵青區/沙田區/西貢區[$40運費/訂滿$800免運費](逢星期日送貨)
送貨方式簡介
·敬請正確填寫地址及收件人聯絡方式。如有希望的送貨時段請註明，我們視乎情況盡量配合。
·如需要更改地址，需於預約的派送日前一日通知我們，送貨時間或會因此有所延遲，敬請見諒。
·我們會盡量提前通知送貨日期，或於送貨當日透過WhatsApp/網站通訊/致電通知派送。請確認家中有人收貨。貨物如需放置在門外請預先告知，屆時師傅會影相通知作證。
·如送貨當天遇上惡劣天氣，嚴重水浸，道路阻塞或封閉，送貨服務將有可能延誤或暫停，補送服務將順延至下一個不受影響的工作天，敬請見諒。
·如連續兩次派送失敗(例如無法進入大廈等我方無法控制之人為因素)，需要顧客自行到店自取或支付相應運費(港島$20/九龍$40/新界$40)後再次安排派送。

LOVE CAT Delivery Policy
Hong Kong Island/Kowloon/New Territories-Yuen Long/District/Kwai Tsing/Sha Tin/Sai Kung Delivery Service:
Hong Kong Island [$20 Delivery Fee/Free Delivery for order over $200] (Delivery every Monday to Sunday)
Kowloon [$40 Delivery Fee/Free Delivery for order over $400] (Delivery every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday)
New Territories-Yuen Long/District/Kwai Tsing/District/Sha Tin/Sai Kung [$60 Delivery Fee/Free Delivery for order over $600] (Delivery every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday)
Delivery Methods
-Please fill in the address and recipient's contact information correctly. If you have a preferred delivery schedule, please indicate it and we will try our best to accommodate you.
-If you need to change your address, please notify us one day prior to the scheduled delivery date, please note that the delivery time may be delayed.
-We will try our best to notify you of the delivery date in advance or via WhatsApp/website newsletter/call on the day of delivery. Please make sure someone is at home to receive the delivery. Please inform us in advance if you need to leave the goods outside the door, and the technician will take a photo to prove it.
-In case of bad weather, severe flooding, road blockage or closure on the delivery day, the delivery service may be delayed or suspended, and the replacement service will be postponed to the next unaffected working day.
-If the delivery fails for two consecutive times (e.g. due to human factors beyond our control such as inaccessibility to the building), customers are required to pick up the goods at the store or pay the corresponding delivery fee ($20 for Hong Kong Island / $40 for Kowloon / $60 for New Territories) and arrange for the delivery again.
Arrival time
-Delivery will be arranged in 1-3 working days after successful payment. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a delay due to special reasons.
-We will try our best to notify you in advance of the delivery date, or notify you via WhatsApp/website newsletter/call on the day of delivery. Please make sure someone is at home to receive the delivery. Please inform us in advance if you need to leave the goods outside the door, and the technician will take a photo to prove it.

如遇到商品因供應商缺貨而無法如時提供的情況：
- 本店會盡早通知顧客，並於供應商返貨後盡快進行派送。
- 如顧客選擇退款方案，一律需扣除5%手續費，敬請留意。
*本店會盡量及時更新各商品的供應狀況，但事有例外(如供應商未有及時通知本店)，不便之處，敬請包涵。
*本店小本經營，堅持提供優質貨品。詳細退貨守則由本店擁有最終決定權。

·如因貨物有問題而要求退貨，請提供合理證明以作退換貨安排，該有問題貨物我們會安排回收處理。

The following issues are not eligible for exchange:

3. Unreasonable returns
Special Note:
In cases where products cannot be delivered on time due to supplier stock shortages:
- We will notify customers as soon as possible and ship the items promptly upon supplier restocking.
- If customers choose a refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted. Please be advised.
*We strive to update product availability promptly, but exceptions may occur (e.g., suppliers failing to notify us in time). We apologize for any inconvenience.
*As a small business, we are committed to providing quality goods. The store reserves final discretion regarding detailed return policies.

· For returns due to unsuitable items (e.g., cat food not to your cat's liking, defective products, etc.), please WhatsApp us for further discussion.

· For returns due to defective products, please provide reasonable proof for processing. We will arrange for the return and disposal of the defective item.
