▪️我們會盡量提前通知送貨日期，或於送貨當日透過WhatsApp/網站通訊/致電通知派送。請確認家中有人收貨。貨物如需放置在門外請預先告知，屆時師傅會影相通知作證。
▪️如送貨當天遇上惡劣天氣，嚴重水浸，道路阻塞或封閉，送貨服務將有可能延誤或暫停，敬請見諒。
▪️如連續兩次派送失敗(例如無法進入大廈等我方無法控制之人為因素)，需要顧客自行到店自取或支付相應運費(港島$20/九龍$40/新界$60)後再次安排派送。
▪️如選擇派送服務後更改為到店自取，請聯絡我們預約自取日期及時間。已付運費不能退回。如貨物已在派送中，將無法更改及取消。
▪️如派送服務已交由順豐負責，之後相關事宜需由顧客一方聯絡順豐洽談。

▪️Delivery options include merchant pickup and SF Express shipping. Actual delivery method will be determined by our store based on order quantity, weight, and other factors.
▪️Customers will be notified once the delivery time is confirmed.
▪️Delivery may be delayed due to inclement weather or severe traffic conditions on the day of dispatch. We appreciate your understanding.
▪️If switching to pickup service, shipping fees already paid are non-refundable.
🔹Delivery Service Detailed Guidelines🔹
▪️Delivery options include merchant pickup and SF Express delivery. The actual delivery method is determined by our store based on order quantity, weight, and other factors.
▪️Please provide accurate shipping addresses and recipient contact information.
▪️If you need to change the delivery address, notify us promptly. If SF Express delivery has already been arranged, customers must contact SF Express directly to coordinate changes.
▪️Any shipping address changes may incur additional shipping fees (if applicable). Delivery times may be delayed as a result; we appreciate your understanding.
▪️We will endeavor to notify you of the delivery date in advance or contact you via WhatsApp/website notification/phone call on the delivery day. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If you require the package to be left outside, please inform us beforehand; the delivery driver will take a photo as proof.
▪️Delivery may be delayed or suspended due to severe weather, flooding, road blockages, or closures on the delivery date. We appreciate your understanding.
▪️If delivery fails twice consecutively (e.g., due to uncontrollable factors like building access issues), customers must either collect the item in-store or pay the applicable redelivery fee ($20 for Hong Kong Island, $40 for Kowloon, $60 for New Territories) before rescheduling delivery.
▪️If switching from delivery to in-store pickup after selecting delivery service, please contact us to schedule a pickup date and time. Shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Once goods are in transit, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
▪️If delivery service has been entrusted to SF Express, all subsequent matters must be addressed directly with SF Express by the customer.
